1. Services Provided

T&M Hauling provides professional junk removal, debris hauling, and property clearing services in Bakersfield, CA. All quotes provided online or via phone are estimates. Final pricing is determined on-site by our team.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Pricing is based on volume (truck space), weight (disposal fees), and labor. T&M Hauling reserves the right to adjust estimates if the actual load differs from the description or photos provided.

3. Hazardous Materials

We do not haul hazardous materials, including but not limited to: wet paint, chemicals, biohazards, ammunition, or large quantities of tires without prior arrangement. Customers are responsible for disclosing any hazardous items.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We strive for same-day service. Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled window.

5. Liability

T&M Hauling is not responsible for damage to property during the extraction of items if the extraction requires moving items through narrow or hazardous paths disclosed by the customer.
